Flexibility

Through correctly performed strength training on our Nautilus machines you will automatically improve your flexibility. However, if you would like to improve your flexibility further, you can also do stretching exercises.

  • stretch 2-3 times per week
     
  • stretch slowly and statically, that is, avoid any jerky and sudden movements
     
  • hold the position at a point of mild discomfort for 15-30 seconds
     
  • stay relaxed and breathe deeply
     
  • repeat each stretch 3-4 times
